The Administration Home section is the first page you see once you login to the ACP. It is designed to provide you with a quick overview of recent helpdesk activity as well as speedy menu access to commonly used tasks.

System Overview
Administrator Notepad
You can leave notes for yourself and other administrators in this text box; just type a message and hit "Save Notepad". Remember, anything you type here will be visible to all users with administrative access privileges.
System Status
Up-To-Date Check
Your system will check to see if it is running the latest version of Trellis Desk. If you are running the latest version of Trellis Desk, you will see a green badge that reads "Up To Date". If a newer version is available, you will see a blue badge that reads "Update Available". If a security update is available, you will see a red badge that reads "Security Update Available". You should always stay up-to-date with the latest releases of Trellis Desk.
Product Version
This line shows the version and build number of Trellis Desk that you are running.
PHP Version
This line shows the PHP version that Trellis Desk has identified on your server.
MySQL Version
This line shows the MySQL version that Trellis Desk has identified on your server.
Tickets Awaiting Action
This panel displays any tickets that require staff action; only tickets from departments you have access to are shown here. Tickets that staff members have not replied to, as well as tickets that have been placed on hold, will show up here for your convenience. To view the full version of the ticket display, head over to the Ticket List screen in the "Management" tab of the ACP.
Last 5 Admin Actions
This panel shows the five most recent tasks performed by any users with access to the ACP. A multitude of actions are displayed here including user logins, ticket replies, user account edits, and much more. Each action is time-stamped and includes the person's username and IP address. To view full activity logs, head over to the Log Center in the "Tools & Maintenance" section of the ACP.
