Approving Pending Member Accounts

To view pending member accounts, head over to the "Management" section of the ACP. In the grey sidebar menu, under Member Control, click on Approve Members.

If you require administrator validation for all new accounts (an option you can set in Security and Privacy Settings), all pending accounts will be shown here.

Any user accounts you approve will immediately be moved into the Members group.

Red error message

If you attempt to visit the Approve Members page and see an error stating "Sorry, but we could not find any members matching your criteria", then there are no pending memberships for you to validate.
