Ban Filters

Break out the ban hammer, it's time to take care of some pesky visitors!

To start banning people, head over to the "Management" section of the ACP. In the grey sidebar menu, under System Settings, click on View All Settings. Then, on the next page, click on Ban Filters.

You will be greeted with the Ban Filters screen. Let's get busy banning!

Banned Usernames

In this box, type the helpdesk usernames of anyone you would like to ban; one per line.

Banned Emails

In this box, type the email addresses of any visitors you would like to ban; one per line.

Banned IPs

In this box, type the IP addresses of any visitors you would like to ban; one per line.


Once you've finished deciding who to ban, click "Update Settings". See? Didn't that feel good?
