Changing the Priority of a Ticket

Ticket View

To change a ticket's priority level, on the Ticket View screen, click on the small "EDIT" link at the top of the ticket content area.

You will be brought to the Editing Ticket screen; at this screen, you can edit the ticket subject, ticket priority, and customer explanation. Click the "Edit Ticket" button once you're finished.
