Editing or Deleting a Category

To manage your KB categories, head over to the "Management" section of the ACP. In the grey sidebar menu, under KB/Pages Control, click on Manage Categories.

The Categories List panel shows the names and descriptions of the categories in your knowledgebase.

Editing a Knowledgebase Category

Manage Categories

On the Categories List, click on the blue "Edit" capsule button next to the category you would like to modify. You will be brought to the Editing Category screen where you can modify its name and description.


Deleting a Knowledgebase Category

On the Categories List, click on the blue "Delete" capsule button next to the category you would like to remove. You can choose to move all of the articles contained within this category to a different category, or you can delete the category along with all of its articles. Once you have made your selection, click the "Delete Category" button.
