Editing or Deleting a User Group

To manage groups, head over to the "Management" section of the ACP. In the grey sidebar menu, under Member Control, click on Manage Groups.
The Group List panel shows the names and member counts of the groups in your helpdesk system.
Editing a Group
On the Group List, click on the blue "Edit" capsule button next to the group you would like to modify. You will be brought to the Editing Group screen where you can modify all of the settings found here.
Deleting a Group
On the Group List, click on the blue "Delete" capsule button next to the group you would like to remove. You can choose to move all of the members of this group to a different group, or you can delete the group along with all of its members. Once you have made your selection, click the "Delete Group" button.
