Importing a New Language
To import a new language into Trellis Desk, head over to the "Look & Feel" section of the ACP. In the grey sidebar menu, under Manage Languages, click on Import Language.
You will be greeted with the Import a Language screen. Click the "Browse" and select a Trellis Desk XML language file stored locally (on your computer). Once you've selected a language file, click on the "Import" button. The language will be imported and should appear in your Language List.
Exporting an Existing Language
To export an existing Trellis Desk language, head over to the "Look & Feel" section of the ACP. In the grey sidebar menu, under Manage Languages, click on Export Language.
You will be greeted with the Language List panel. Click the blue "Export" capsule button that corresponds with the language you would like to export. The Trellis Desk XML language file will be generated for you, and your browser should begin to download it immediately.
Looking for language packs?
ACCORD5 does not offer official international language packs for Trellis Desk; however, members of our community sometimes post language packs that they have created in the General Discussion area of our company forums.
