Making Backups

"Anything that can go wrong, will." - Murphy's Law
Trellis Desk has data backup features... use them! One day, when you least expect it, your server will violently explode and you'll slap yourself for not making frequent backups.
Perform a Full Backup
To perform a complete backup, head over to the "Tools & Maintenance" section of the ACP. In the grey sidebar menu, under Backups & Updates, click on Full Backup.
A full backup typically includes all of your Trellis Desk system files as well as a backup of the entire SQL database in which TD resides.
Select any options you'd like, then click "Backup". Trellis Desk will prepare your complete backup and it should begin downloading when it's ready.
Perform an SQL Backup
To backup just your database, head over to the "Tools & Maintenance" section of the ACP. In the grey sidebar menu, under Backups & Updates, click on SQL Backup.
On the SQL Backup screen, select any options you'd like to, then click the "Backup" button. Trellis Desk will prepare your database backup and it should begin downloading when it's ready.
Perform a File Backup
To backup just the Trellis Desk system files, head over to the "Tools & Maintenance" section of the ACP. In the grey sidebar menu, under Backups & Updates, click on File Backup.
This one's really easy; just click on the "Backup" button. Your .zip of TD files should start downloading shortly.
