Skin Tools

To change users' skin choices, head over to the "Look & Feel" section of the ACP. In the grey sidebar menu, under Manage Skins, click on Skin Tools.

You will be greeted with the Skin Tools screen. Let's walk through it:

Switch all users to skin

If you would like all of your helpdesk members to be using the same skin, select your desired skin from the drop-down menu and click the "Switch" button. Your users' skin preferences will be overridden with your new skin choice.

Users using skin X, switch to Y

If you would like all of your helpdesk members using skin X to be using skin Y instead, select your target and destination skins from the drop-down menu and click the "Switch" button.
