Submitting a Ticket on Behalf of a Particular Member

To file a ticket on a member's behalf, head over to the "Management" section of the ACP. In the grey sidebar menu, under Member Control, click on Manage Members.
You will see the Members List panel, which shows the names and ticket counts of the users currently registered in your helpdesk system.
Submitting a Ticket for a Member
On the Members List panel, click on a the name of the member you would like to edit. You will greeted with the Profile View screen:
At the bottom of the Profile View panel, click on the white "Submit A Ticket" button. You will be brought to the Submit A Ticket screen.
On this screen, select a department to submit this ticket to, and click the "Submit Ticket" button to continue.
Now you need to compose the ticket: enter a subject, choose a priority level, and type a ticket message in the box. Once you're finished, click the "Submit Ticket" button to save this ticket. It will be filed under the customer's account.
