To clear out old data and temporary files, head over to the "Tools & Maintenance" section of the ACP. In the grey sidebar menu, under Maintenance, click on Spring Cleaning.

Don't start wiping out data unless you are certain that it is okay to do so. Check with other staff members and administrators before you perform Spring Cleaning tasks. If you delete all of your old tickets or activity logs and later discover that you need to look at them, you're in trouble!

Place a checkmark in the box of any task you would like to perform; be sure to enter a numerical value for any action you'd like to perform that involves a specific number of days. Once you've selected all of the actions you want to carry out, click on the "Start Cleaning" button to proceed.
