Viewing All Tickets Submitted by a Particular Member

To view tickets submitted by a particular member, head over to the "Management" section of the ACP. In the grey sidebar menu, under Member Control, click on Manage Members.

You will see the Members List panel, which shows the names and ticket counts of the users currently registered in your helpdesk system.

On the Members List panel, click on a the name of the member you would like to edit. You will greeted with the Profile View screen:

Viewing a member's tickets

At the bottom of the Profile View panel, click on the white "View Tickets" button. You will be brought to the Ticket List screen where you can see all of the tickets in your system created by this person.
