Viewing KB Articles

To view a listing of your knowledgebase articles, head over to the "Management" section of the ACP. In the grey sidebar menu, under KB/Pages Control, click on Manage Articles.
The Articles List panel shows the names and descriptions of the articles contained in your knowledgebase.

Let's take a closer look at the Articles List panel.
1: Article ID number
This is the unique number used to identify a particular KB article.
2: Article name
This is the name of the KB article.
3: Article description
This is a brief description of the article's actual content.
Column ordering
You can click on one of the column headers (ID, Name, or Description) to sort your articles in that fashion. For example, clicking on ID will sort the articles by ID number in numerical order, whereas clicking on Name will sort them by their titles in alphabetical order. Once you have clicked on a column header, you can click on it again to toggle between ascending and descending order.
The default order setting is by ID, with the earliest created articles at the top of the list and the most recently created articles at the bottom.
