Viewing KB Categories

To view a listing of your knowledgebase categories, head over to the "Management" section of the ACP. In the grey sidebar menu, under KB/Pages Control, click on Manage Categories.
The Categories List panel shows the names and descriptions of the categories in your knowledgebase.

Let's take a closer look at the Categories List panel.
1: Category ID number
This is the unique number used to identify a particular KB category.
2: Category name
This is the name of the KB category.
3: Category description
This is a brief description of the type of articles found in this category.
