Viewing User Groups

To view your user groups, head over to the "Management" section of the ACP. In the grey sidebar menu, under Member Control, click on Manage Groups.
The Group List panel shows the names and member counts of the groups in your helpdesk system.

Viewing Groups
Let's take a closer look at the Group List panel.
1: Group ID number
This is the unique number used to identify a particular group.
2: Group name
This is the title of the group. When you click on it, you will be taken to a listing of that group's members.
3: Member count
This is the total number of users that belong to that group.
