Viewing Members
Let's take a closer look at the Members List panel.
1: Member ID number
This is the unique number used to identify a particular member.
2: Member name
This is the member's username. When you click on it, you will be taken to that user's Profile View.
3: Member group
This is the user group that this member belongs to. See the Viewing User Groups article to learn how to view all of your helpdesk's user groups.
4: Open ticket count
This is the number of tickets belonging to this user currently marked with an Open status.
5: Total ticket count
This is the total number of tickets in your system belonging to this user, regardless of status.
Column ordering
You can click on one of the column headers (ID, Name, Group, Open Tickets, or Tickets) to sort your tickets in that fashion. For example, clicking on ID will sort the members by ID number in numerical order, whereas clicking on Name will sort by username in alphabetical order. Once you have clicked on a column header, you can click on it again to toggle between ascending and descending order.
The default order setting is by ID, with the earliest registered members at the top of the list and the most recently registered members at the bottom.
Searching for a Member
To search for a member, click on the yellow "Search" button in the top right corner of the Members List panel.
The Search drawer will expand; type in your search terms and click the "Search" button to continue. Trellis Desk will display a listing of all users that matched your search criteria.
