Viewing and Selecting Languages

To view your helpdesk language options, head over to the "Look & Feel" section of the ACP. In the grey sidebar menu, under Manage Languages, click on Manage Languages.
The Language List panel shows the keys, names, and member counts of the available languages in your helpdesk system.

Viewing Languages
Let's take a closer look at the Language List panel.
1: Language key
The short, unique code used to identify a particular language; also the name of its folder inside the languages directory of your Trellis Desk system.
2: Language name
The standard title of this language.
3: Default language toggle
Your current default language is marked with a bolded "Default" label. To change your helpdesk's default language, click on the "Default" link next to the skin you want to set as the new default.
4: Member count
The number of helpdesk members that are using this language.
